DANIEL SALCEDO SERÁ TRASLADADO A LA CÁRCEL «EL INCA»

El juez de Guayaquil, Reinaldo Cevallos, ordenó el traslado de Daniel Salcedo al hospital de la Policía de Quito. La disposición se la realizó la mañana de este martes 28 de julio del 2020. A través de un escrito, el magistrado pidió a la Policía que tome las “medidas oportunas y pertinentes” para que el procesado sea trasladado a la capital en una ambulancia médica y con custodia policial. Según el documento, en la casa de salud de la Policía se le debe practicar un “auscultamiento médico” para constatar su estado de salud. El juez ordena que luego Salcedo sea ingresado a la cárcel de hombres de El Inca, en el norte de Quito. Allí deberá permanecer hasta que se resuelva su estado jurídico.

La decisión del juez Cevallos se genera luego de que personal médico del Hospital de Guayaquil, Abel Gilber Pontón, le otorgaran el alta médica. En tanto, el jefe de la Policía de Guayaquil, Víctor Araus, señaló que está gestionando el documento oficial del hospital que otorga el alta médica. Según el oficial, él conoce que Salcedo iría a la cárcel 4 de Quito.
